Refund Policy
Return & Refund Policy – TidySip
We offer a 30-day worldwide return policy, meaning you have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
This policy applies without prejudice to the mandatory legal rights of consumers under the applicable law of the customer's country of residence.
Right of Withdrawal – European Union and United Kingdom (14 Days)
If your order is delivered within the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, with no need for justification, in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.
For a return under this right to be accepted, the product should:
- Be returned in suitable condition for resale, allowing for reasonable handling and inspection similar to what would be possible in a physical store
- Be returned with its original packaging and all accessories whenever possible
Commercial Returns (Up to 30 Days)
Once the 14-day legal withdrawal period has passed, we accept returns up to 30 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided that:
- The product has not been used
- It shows no damage or signs of use
- It is returned in its original packaging

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases where the product arrived defective or incorrect.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Shipments
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your package arrived visibly damaged in transit, is missing items, or does not match what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve it quickly. In these cases, we will cover the costs of return, replacement, or refund.
Manufacturing Defects
If your product develops a manufacturing defect after use, this is covered separately from shipping issues and is not subject to the 48-hour window above. Please contact us as soon as the issue appears, and we will assess it in line with the legal warranty applicable in your country of residence.
Sale Items
Sale or discounted items retain the mandatory legal return rights applicable under the consumer's country of residence.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within approximately 10 to 14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
